DescriptionHumana's Marketing Organization is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Professional to join the Marketing and Health Quality and Stars teams working remote anywhere nationwide. The Marketing and Health Quality and Stars teams are focused on the well-being of our members, and we believe there's a role for us to play as a well-being partner who will empower customers to live a life that's healthy, active, and rewarding. We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Professional who can help us continuously improve campaigns to engage members, encouraging them improve their health behaviors.ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior CRM Marketing Professional, you will lead cross-team efforts that will help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns. Working side-by-side with marketing team members, you will directly support the team's priorities of adopting agile methodologies, reducing cycle time, migrating to journey-based campaign designs, and leveraging new tools in Humana's marketing technology stack.Key Role Functions

Lead marketing improvement initiatives through planning, execution, and results monitoring

Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals

Develop data-driven recommendations to inform current projects and uncover opportunities for future improvements

Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence

Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs

Contribute to transformative and test & learn initiatives to uncover insights that lead to improved performance

Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and work with internal and external vendors and partners

Continuously improve our marketing by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in direct response marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations or related field

Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting tests, and applying insights to improve performance

Excellent planning and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlines

Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goals

Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field

Demonstrated leadership ability

Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs

Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions

Additional RequirementsAll Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.Connectivity - Requirement DetailsTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota.
