Ensures front-end policies and procedures are followed and monitor front-end cash management functions. Contributes toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and a positive working environment for employees.Position will perform training of cashiers and baggers, monitor front-end security and financial procedures, practice and promote safe work habits and conditions for customers and employees, build an effective team.Candidate must demonstrate problem solving and conflict management skills.
