Perform their own basic inspection on their own welds
Layout pieces based off of blueprints
Assist with pressure testing the tanks with water and air up to 120 PSI
Welds can be up to 1" thick steel

Blueprint reading is a big plus, but they will need to know that they'll be trained on Mid-America's blueprints
