Production Technician
Position Overview:
Production Technician for Nu-Tek Food Science Fargo plant location is a full-time, hourly position. Benefits include competitive wage, 401k, paid holidays & PTO, and health & dental insurance.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with operating rail unloading, milling, mixing, roll drying, conveying and packaging equipment.
Package product into 50 lb or 25 kg bags and palletize.
Record production data accurately to meet quality assurance requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment so plant is inspection ready at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Functions:
Responsible for reporting all potential Food Safety issues to Quality Assurance or other personnel with the responsibility to initiate action.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to all company and safety requirements.
Requirements:
Attention to detail, organized, and strong work ethic with ability to multi-task
Basic math and analytical skills
Read, write and speak fluent English
Pass pre-employment screenings; Lift test of 50 lbs. 5 times, background check, and drug screen.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
