Willingness to use shovels when necessary and snowblowers in the right situations. Have option for plow truck and tractors for the right person/people. Also opportunity for the right person/people for the next season which we offer lawns services to include mowing, weed control/fertilizing(willing to get licensed), small landscaping projects.
