Our small but growing company needs a Reliable, organized Office Manager to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. As well as helping customers in our parts department.

The applicant must have a pleasant, positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent customer-facing communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we're excited to talk with you. This job may include some occasional weekend work. We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Complete customer transactions using POS (point of sale) register systems

Order and Receive in Parts

•Provide excellent customer service

•Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner

•Greets all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner

•Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

• Promotes company programs including Parts sales

•Ability to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers

•Maintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties

•Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and store

•Assists service advisor in scheduling service appointments and may assists service advisors in write up of incoming customers work orders

•Obtains any needed warranty or customer authorization prior to working on unit including taking of pictures, faxing in for authorization or any / all procedures as prescribed in the manufacturer's warranty policy & procedure manuals

•Follows up on all warranty receivables to ensure payment in timely manner, contacting customers as needed to schedule appointments for special order parts

•Fills in as needed as service dispatcher

•Participates in training as prescribed by management

•Assists technicians as needed with parts ordering

•Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

•Will cross train to perform other duties

Qualifications and Skills

•High school education or equivalent

•Previous Retail experience preferred

•One year of RV experience preferred but not required

•Strong computer skills

•Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal

•Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic

•Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.

•Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends

•Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management
