Position: Full-Time Executive Office Administrator and Customer Care Specialist

Applicant Qualifications:

⢠Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive office administrator or similar position
⢠Problem solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail
⢠Excellent Microsoft Office 2016 Suite capabilities
⢠Overall computer knowledge with internet and database skills
⢠Outstanding phone skills with a pleasant, engaging voice
⢠Ability to prioritize duties and multi-task
⢠Outstanding writing, spelling, grammar, and math skills
Job Description & Duties:
⢠Manage all aspects of office, build infrastructure, and act as personal assistant to CEO
⢠Provide exceptional customer care and support, answer distributor inquiries, send information to distributors and prospective clients, and follow-up by email and phone.
⢠Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management database.
⢠Generate sales reports and graphs.
⢠Design and email e-Publications using Constant Contact.
⢠Research medical market to locate potential new distributors.
⢠Build and maintain business and consumer social media accounts.
⢠Must be able to do all the above independently with little supervision.
