Smart Spaces, a custom home organization company, is seeking an office manager. We have a fantastic team and are looking for just the right person to join us. Our ideal new team member will be organized, friendly, smart, motivated, self-directing, personable. Accounting experience preferred but not necessary.
Here are some job duties:
Invoicing using Quickbooks
Payroll using Quickbooks
Proficiency or acceptable comfort level with excel spreadsheets
Answer phones, set appointments
Drop-in showroom tours, good demeanor with clients
Photo organization
Some marketing tasks
Proficiency or acceptable comfort level with word documents, working with existing and creating new
Preparing paperwork for designers, installers
File organization
Coordinating, facilitating smooth operations for company
Starting $12-18/hr based on experience, quick advancement for awesome performance.
Hours are M-Th or Fri, 8-? somewhat flexible schedule possible (20-30 hours/week), paid time off after 90 days, yearly bonuses offered.
