I list foreclosed properties for banks in several markets. I am looking for an “inactive” or "part time" agent in the North Dakota market. There is not much you will need to do, since my staff/team does all the work. I just need to have a local agent in the banks vendor network. I am willing to compensate you $250/closing and pay all your fees to be active with my Brokerage. This is not spam or a sales gimmick.
Your benefits would include: I pay all your ongoing licensing fees, you will get a small check at each closing, and only if you are interested, I will have some leads from the foreclosure properties.
