Seeking an out-going and determined individual for a Customer Service and Sales role.
At Cartridge World, we strive to be the printer experts for our fellow local businesses. We offer ink and toner at a significant discount to name brand and back it up with service and troubleshooting for our customer's printers. We are on-call to provide onsite service, whatever printer issue may arise. We deliver same or next day on almost all orders, and remove our customers empty product for disposal.
We are open 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, so you will never work weekends!
Candidate should be comfortable with using lead information to cold call, engage business staff (receptionists, purchasing agents, owners) and provide product details, quotes, and process customer orders.
Position involves driving personal vehicle for sales, service and delivery stops.
Knowledge of computers and a general background with electronics a plus.
Knowledge of basic tools and simple appliance repair a plus.
Main Duties:
- Engage with businesses to become their printer experts
- Delivery of products and pick-up of used product
- Provide detailed information to potential customers about our products and services (via phone or in person)
- Provide printer related troubleshooting and assistance over the phone and in person
- General store maintenance (cleaning, stocking, processing recyclables)
- Use POS for customer research, quote generation, lead follow-up and order processing
This is a full time position, dedicated employee would be preferred.
Full time position requires sales work and all of the above listed.
