I'm looking to find either a licensed engineer or contractor to perform building site visits. The work will involve documenting information on the building's envelope, lighting, and HVAC systems. Some knowledge of commercial HVAC systems would be useful, so you can recognize the equipment on-site but not mandatory. The visits usually take 1-2 hours, plus travel time. The projects are located all over North Dakota so some will require long drives.
