We are looking for a floor covering installer and hardwood flooring craftsman. We are a growing company with 11 employees currently and looking to hire more of the right people for our team. We require people that are honest, respectful, and kind. Typical hours are M-F 8 to 5 with an occasional weekend or out of town work. Pay depends on skill level and experience. Floor Covering Installer Position Available: At our retail store, we need at least one full time installer for carpet, vinyl, and laminate. Must be good at seaming sheet vinyl and broadloom carpet. Installer will be required to supply basic hand tools. We provide the rest. Experience is needed as you'll be expected to be working independently much of the time.
Hardwood Flooring Craftsman Position Available: Full-Time Craftsman to install, sand, and finish hardwood and occasionally install tile and laminate. On the job training will be necessary, so experience is not nearly as important as a good attitude, good work ethic, and problem solving skills. Installer will be required to supply basic hand tools. We provide the rest.
