Midwest Tree and Maintenance is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. We are looking for hardworking candidates that are passionate about landscaping and enjoy working outdoors. Projects include paver patio installations, retaining walls, installation of new plantings, sod installation and more.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
5+ years landscaping experience
Knowledge of hardscape installation practices
Experience leading and managing others
Ability to effectively train, supervise, communicate with and motivate a crew of 3-4
Ability to read and implement landscaping designs
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks per bid requirements
Experience working with equipment: bobcat, trucks, trailers and other landscaping equipment
Ability to perform physical labor, bending, pulling, climbing and lifting 50 lbs. or more
Starting wage is $20 - $25 per hour depending on qualifications, must be flexible as overtime will be required.
