REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Tower Tech, Top Hand, and Foreman experience is highly preferred
Proven construction (civil and RF) skills, understanding scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
Climbing Safety and Rescue Certification (assistance may be provided for renewals)
Ability to read and understand construction drawings (CD’s) and Plumbing diagrams (RFDS)
Knowledge of relevant electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
Outstanding work ethic, punctual, and on time
Must have a good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Work requires driving to various locations, working out of town for extended days, working long hours, weekends, and nights at times as required, respond to outages, and disaster recovery efforts
Looking for someone that can work on their own or within a team remote
Site access by snowcat, helicopter, and specialty vehicles is common
Must be able to travel 1-3 weeks per month
We will supply a truck, phone, tablet, gas card, and major tools. Willing to work weekends when needed. Must have a good driving record and pass a background check and drug screen—year-round work.
