Kelly Services is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Inventory Coordinator position in Grand Forks, ND! Start ASAP! Pay is $18/hr Position is temporary 2 months, potential for temp to hire Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmE ssential Job Functions

Generate and complete all required shipping documents such as bill of ladings and customer labels and provide to our third party distribution center.

Generate shipping slips for warehouse to warehouse transfers of inventory.

Reconcile inventory levels in our warehouse and also at the third party distribution center.

Work closely with Lead Shipping Coordinator and Warehouse Manager to ensure the accuracy of shipping schedules at the third party distribution center.

Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities and assist with development of procedures.

Enter Product Transfers, hold releases and close out procedures in accounting software and PMC intranet

Input receipt of goods, maintain logs, Product Action Forms, and update information into Sage.

Maintain finished goods, hold, and partial warehouse inventories in system.

Add product to inventory database and accounting software for shipment

Gather and compile pallet tickets, waste sheets, regrind tickets, and other operational data.

Enter data into daily report in accordance with time frame.

Notify Quality Assurance of discrepancies between production paperwork and hold worksheet numbers.

Investigate accounting and inventory discrepancies – negative lot dates, customer receipt vs. bill of lading paperwork, etc. and resolve or escalate, as needed.

Maintain accurate filing system of inventory adjustments, bill of materials and related paperwork.

Locate packaging and conduct cycle counts and inventories on the production floor as needed.

Perform varied clerical support for the department - emails, fax bill of ladings in PDF format to customers. Make copies and from shipping documents from previous day.

Essential Job Requirements:

Administrative experience required, Accounting/Inventory experience preferred

Factory experience a plus

High level of computer proficiency required – MS Office Suite

Proven ability to multi-task; effective time management skills

Effective written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
