The Sous Chef/Line Cook, under the direction of the Executive Chef, is responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen. This includes, but is not limited to, menu & recipe development, food safety, ordering & inventory maintenance, staff management, established cooking expectations, and for providing superior (back of the house) customer service. This individual will report to the Executive Chef.
