Command Center, Inc. in Grand Forks is hiring an Insurance Agent for a growing agency in Grand Forks! This position pays $12.00 to $14.00 base wage with opportunities for commission and career growth!
The responsibilities for this position include:
⢠Assisting in planning, measuring and implementation of sales goals for the office
⢠Servicing existing customers
⢠Meeting monthly production goals on a consistent basis
⢠Educating customers and prospects on possible solutions to their needs
Qualifications:
⢠Have previous sales experience
⢠Be customer-service oriented
⢠Have an active P&C License or have the ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment; Life and Disability preferred
⢠Earned a high school diploma or equivalent
⢠Have a valid driver's license
⢠Submit to a drug screen and a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
