Requirements:
Energetic, outgoing and result-oriented
Experiences customer service/sales professional
Communication and organization skills
Technical experience or interest
Problem solving & troubleshooting skills
Must pass a criminal background check
Experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train.
Key Responsibilities for Repair Technician:
Repairing iPhone, iPads, smartphones, laptops and other electronic devices.
Common repairs including: screen replacements, soldering charge ports and board level components, button cameras, audio, etc
Sell and promote all the products and services and achieve sales goals
The ideal candidates will like working with their hands and be passionate about mobile electronic devices.
Basic mechanical ability and good vision to work on small devices/electronic components.
Customer service and overall customer experience.
Soldering experience, computer repair and cell phone repairs experience is a big plus.
Attention to detail at following processes and achieving high quality workmanship on repairs
Ability to move quickly while maintaining high quality results.
Must be reliable, self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am 5:00pm
Compensation:
Pay based on experience
Full-time position will include paid vacation and paid holidays after probationary period
