Local Contractor has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Part Time Driver position for a van route between Grand Forks and Fairdale. No CDL required, but driving experience is preferred we provide the vehicle and necessary training.
Shift available Weekday afternoons from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
Saturdays - Split Shift 5:00am to 9:00am, and 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
More hours may be available for experienced box truck driver.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions on a regularly scheduled route to pick up and transport bulk mail between postal facilities. (This is not door to door mail delivery.)
2. Sort, lift and push moderate to heavy loads of mail and packages up to 75 lbs.
3. Operate truck following specific time schedules and rules of safety.
4. Ability to operate handheld scanner device.
5. 2 years driving experience preferred.
