Timmons Group is currently seeking an experienced Survey Technician/Sr Survey Technician to join our Survey Group located in our Greensboro, NC office location. Essential duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Research of legal recordsPreparation of cadastral, existing conditions and subdivision maps from field and office data using AutoCAD Civil Series softwareWorking closely and collaboration with a dynamic team of experienced  professionalsQuality controlEducation and/or Experience Bachelor or Associate degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geography, Geospatial Information Sciences or related field or a minimum of three years of progressive survey field experienceExperience working with GPS and 3D laser scanning a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills
