As a Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will take a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide world-class power solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).Based in Helmond, Netherlands, you will collaborate with a passionate, innovative team and lead the charge in solving technical challenges, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and evolution of our business.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:Partner with the Technical Leader to support strategic projects and mentor junior team members.Conduct advanced technical training for internal teams and customers to ensure a thorough understanding of Delta's solutions.Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.Lead pre-sales technical activities, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept development, and application support.Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively.Solution Development:Design and implement customized solutions for industrial, medical, and LED lighting applications.Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to influence product development in alignment with customer needs and market trends.Market Insights:Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.Contribute to technical roadmaps and product strategy development.Project Management:Manage multiple customer projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business goals are met.Work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and achieve successful outcomes.Documentation and Reporting:Create detailed technical documents such as design guides, application notes, and customer reports.Provide regular updates to management on project progress, technical challenges, and market insights.
