You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.What You'll Do Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locationsWater Testing and Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform (Insight)Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teamsSystem Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventionsDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followedTerritory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
