This is an opportunity to lead a community as your own business while building a talented team, achieving operational goals, and creating a place residents are proud to call home.What We OfferAIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:Expected salary range of $65,000 - $76,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Commissions for new leases and renewals. An Apartment Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost.
