This job requires a person who remains professional,  organized, collaborative, detail oriented and always delivers consistency. Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including but not limited to access  control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.  Conduct system upgrades and modifications to meet client requirements and industry  standards.  Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:  Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.  Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize troubleshooting tools to analyze system performance. Provide remote and on-site support to address client concerns and maintain system  functionality. Customer Support: Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries. Provide training and guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance.Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and  problem resolution. Documentation:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service activities, including  service reports, equipment inventory, and configuration changes.  Collaborate with the technical support team to contribute to knowledge bases and best  practices. Quality Assurance:  Ensure that all installations and services meet company and industry standards.Conduct regular quality checks and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Other Duties: Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.
