Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in the Nordics area we are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager for construction projects to join our Data Centre team in Oulu, Finland.With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions on one of our high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend. Responsibilities:Close liaison with Client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirementsEstablish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and Consultants on-sitePlan and allocate QC resources to do witness on-site and off-site inspections proposed by ContractorsPerform audit/ field inspection to Contractors as requested by the ClientReview and/ or approve all ITP and ChecklistPerform site walk with Client and or Consultant to ensure quality requirements are met.Recruiting qualified QC personnel as requiredPlan for witnessing the commissioning based on the available resourcesPresent the quality related issue to the Client weekly and escalate any significant issue for resolutionAttend & ensure Kick off Meeting of vendors are performedAttend weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultants and Contractors Attend specific weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, vendors, consultants and Clients in regard to resolution of technical issuesReview contractors’ QC resources to ensure they are qualified for inspecting the worksGenerate weekly report of Quality for the ClientEstablish and review weekly QC activity plan of all QC personnel  Generate and review QC daily report Lead QAQC meeting with Contractors weeklyLead Internal QAQC meeting with all QC personnel of all projectsEnsure all quality dossier have been put into Client’s documentation systemValidate or review the As built drawings generated by ContractorsConduct Performance evaluation for all QC personnel as planned
