To serve beverages and food for guests in the Lobby Bar following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner.  Ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant.Anticipate guest expectationsTake food and beverage orders and deliver the correct order in a timely mannerProper and friendly service to guestsTurn in correct Micros paperwork with minimal errorsUp-sell food and beverage items as well as sundry items related to the hotelConsistently use the established points of serviceTo be accountable for guest service and follow throughAssist and support the other team membersMaintain cleanliness of Lobby Bar areaControl cost and waste in the work areaPerform other duties and/or fill in at other positions
