We are an EEO/AA employer: women, minorities, the disabled and veterans are encouraged to apply.BenefitsAs a full-time employee you will receive 10 paid holidays, generous vacation (15 days in the first year), sick leave, health, life and dental insurance, flexible spending or health savings accounts, access to supplemental life/ADandD insurance and disability benefits, discounted banking services, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match.i PurposeWe work together to help our small business and wealth management clients identify the products and services that support their business goals. iHow a Personal Banking Officer contributes to customer and company successAs part of our consumer deposit and relationship management team, you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and small business customersi trust and loyalty.i Personal Banking Officers are responsible for branch sales and portfolio growth, promote, and market promotional activities, enhance customer relationships, and refer customers to other business partners as appropriate.What you will doCultivate knowledge of products, services and customer interests Establish, maintain, and deepen customer relationships and manage assigned portfolio to achieve branch performance goals and provide excellent customer service.Identify and promote products aligned with customersi financial and business needs.Promote, market and cross-sell financial products including mortgage loans, through outside calls, telemarketing, targeted direct marketing, and in-branch sales and promotions.Efficiently open and accurately complete documentation to open and maintain accounts.Protect BNC and our customers by strictly following policies and procedures, maintaining bank security, and the confidentiality of customer information.Provide back-up support to branch with day-to-day operational transactions.Perform other duties as assigned.iThe qualifications you bringYou have a high school diploma or GED, ideally with some additional business, sales or communications education or training. You have 3 years minimum experience and proficiency handling cash, ideally as a teller.You have a working knowledge of bank deposit procedures, lending and credit products, new account opening procedures, and Microsoft software.You enjoy accurately processing financial transactions using software. iYou provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly orally and in writing.You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.You enjoy building relationships, collaboration and teamwork.
