Maintains bathrooms including cleaning sinks, toilets, walls, and mirrors; sanitizes surfaces; ensures bathroom products are stocked
Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; performs floor care duties, including waxing and buffering commercial floors
Empties, cleans, and sanitizes waste receptacles; maintains breakroom
Performs maintenance functions, including painting, changing lightbulbs and filters, and moving furniture
Maintains public grounds, including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and upkeep of walkways and parking areas
Ensures County buildings and grounds are safe and maintained, reports areas of concern to supervisor
Maintains confidentiality of non-public records and makes available all data and information deemed a public record by the North Dakota Century Code.

High School Diploma or GED equivalentANDone (1) year of maintenance or janitorial experience;ORan equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Must possess a valid North Dakota Drivers License or equivalent
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
