Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree approved by DPI or passing score on Para Pro Exam required upon being offered a position. The ability to obtain their ND Paraprofessional Certificate within 1 calendar yearWithin 1 year of employment:
Complete Special Education training for Para Professionals.
Complete CPI training.
Complete CPR/First Aid/AED
