Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
Excellent customer service, communication skills and availability to be on call at all times
Build resident relationships, ensure occupancy rates are maintain
Direct property operations and staff
Supervise maintenance staff
Work with Regional Manager to achieve annual budget objectives
Pursue delinquent rents and evictions
