Responsibilities - Automotive Parts Manager:
Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Toyota Parts Department
Train and manage staff, manage parts counter, price parts to generate profits, maintain optimal stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs without delay, ensure deliveries are on time, and more.
Review parts sales, costs, and inventory monthly
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Maintain high CSI
Requirements - Automotive Parts Manager:
Automotive Parts experience is required
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
A good work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
