No auto repair experience needed. We're seeking to add an additional customer service person to the busy office at our auto repair shop. Job offers flexible hours, and can be either part time or full time. (Job requires dependability, and the ability to work as late as 5pm) Seeking those with at least 2 years experience in a customer service or office support role.
Honesty and dependability is a key requirement of this position.
Greet customers & discuss/record information regarding their needs.
Candidate must be teachable, with a sincere desire to help others.
Keep lobby/waiting area clean and organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
