SUMMARY
To provide administrative support of sales in dealing with customers and requirements necessary to manufacture products to specification. Work closely with sales, management, manufacturing, prepress, along with prospects & customers to ensure proper handling of our accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic understanding of Flexographic printing process, tooling, materials, and applications
Process incoming orders, quotes, MAPS, and proofs, via fax, email, and phone
Maintain awareness of customer orders throughout the process flow
Process electronic art & proofs for prepress
Possess knowledge of various types of product applications
Assist customers with technical requests
Work with sales, customers, and prospects on business opportunities.
Handle assigned accounts and maintain organized files and notes
Work closely with the manufacturing team processing orders.
Work closely with the prepress team in processing electronic files, preflight, and proofs.
Utilize the Radius operating systems to process MPI work
Adhere to our company policies and procedures along with Safety procedures.
