Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls, maintaining accounts, and inputting data.
Documenting customer notes and resolving inquiries with independent analysis.
Processing outage and emergency calls within company guidelines.
Providing top-notch customer service with a calm and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience.
Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
