If you are passionate about baking, are interested in laminated pastries and artisan breads and would like to work with a dedicated team of professionals, then this position is for you.
Our ideal candidate would have some professional baking experience (working in a commercial bakery) and/or would have attended formal school. If this is not the case, you WOULD need to have serious aspirations of making baking and pastry a career.
Your hours will alternate between prep shifts - during the day, and execution/baking shifts - during the night. Although you would be expected to master both shifts, our baker's preferences for shifts ae certainly taken into consideration when scheduling.
You must have the flexibility to work any day of the week and to execute both shifts.
Benefits:
You will be given three consecutive days off each week and work four 9 hour shifts.
Starting salary is 18to 20$/hr and may exceed this - based upon your skill and experience level.
