Shawn Monday, head of culinary at Forward Hospitality is looking for chefs, hostesses, barbacks, servers and bartenders for his new concept opening June 2024.
Formally known as One Red Door, Porta Rossa will feature modern American cuisine with Italian influences. It is expected to be an intimate setting with 45 seats.
Servers & bartenders should be personable, have extensive wine and craft cocktail knowledge and experience in a professional fine dining establishment.
Chefs should have experience in fine dining venues. Menu items include fresh pasta, seafood and high-end steaks.
Starting pay is negotiable based off experience.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 3pm-10pm
Friday/Saturday 3pm-11pm
