We will need a cleaner and trash removal person, that likes to paint for this position. We prefer experience as cleaning and painting is a detailed job. We have a 15 story building that needs constant attention for cleaning assignments. As units become available, painting is a part of this position. OT weekend trash removal is an option as well.
