Developers Realty is seeking a team member with good interpersonal skills and is able to maintain building common area cleanliness at several properties located within a 10 minute drive of each other.

The scope of work will include maintaining common area hallways, vacant suites, and bathrooms. Occupied tenant spaces are NOT in the scope of work. The role will be Monday through Friday, for two hours each day at each property. (Friday may be cleaned anytime Saturday or Sunday)
Job Responsibilities Include:
1) Regular cleaning of common areas and hallways: This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; polishing elevator and glass doors; and removing garbage.
2) Bathroom maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, countertops, and mirrors; mopping bathroom floors; replenishing bathroom supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. Emptying bathroom garbage cans.
3) Using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment; adhering to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents; wearing protective gear, as required.
4) Reporting maintenance issues: Examples are broken fixtures, burnt-out lightbulbs, and other issues to the office staff.
5) Keeping track of cleaning supplies and notifying office staff when restocking is necessary. All supplies provided at buildings for cleaning use.
Requirements:
1) A valid drivers license
2) A reliable mode of transportation.
