I need help working on a 12 unit building I own in Kent, Ohio.
I'm looking for someone who can respond to emergencies water leaks, plugged drains. It could be 20 hrs one month installing a new kitchen, or two hours. If you can work on your own, occasionally with me making minor repairs you are my man.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME FOR REGULAR WORK OR A JOB!
I have a nice place, I don't put up with crap, AKA people destroying my property.
