A local landscape company located in Cuyahoga Falls and in operation for 20 years is looking for 3-4 talented individual’s to join our team as landscape laborers. Some experience preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This position involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including hardscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. 40+ hours per week with competitive wages.
Duties
Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Assist in Landscape installation, including mulching, installing lawns, and other types of projects.
Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care and upkeep.
Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with lawn care practices and garden maintenance.
Mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely.
Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to work.
PAY IS BASED OFF OF EXPERIENCE.
WE WILL TRAIN. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
