About the Position:
We’re looking for a skilled Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with outdoor construction projects, including laying concrete, installing pavers, and building retaining walls. You should be reliable, hard-working, and comfortable operating various types of machinery.
Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites, including grading, digging, and compacting soil
Mix, pour, and finish concrete for patios, walkways, and driveways
Build and install retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features
Lay pavers, stone, and other materials according to project designs
Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and saws
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work site
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred
Ability to operate construction machinery (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Knowledge of concrete mixing and finishing techniques
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
