Qualifications:
Can work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
Has reliable transportation to work for each day you are scheduled
Pass a drug screen
No felony convictions within 7 years (since 2017)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for periods of 30+ minutes at a time.
Flexibility is required with the work schedule, meaning there might be days you will need to report to work earlier and work extended hours
Available or open to working at a production facility in the Akron, Cleveland, Independence, or Lorain, OH areas (your choice)
