I started a cleaning business in Lake County Ohio that is doing very well and I'm now looking to expand to this area. I am looking for a Lead Cleaner who works well with others, who is very friendly, accountable, trustworthy, who has a decent record and who has reliable transportation. After this person is selected, I will start working on bringing in clients. I will do most of the advertising, but I will pay the Lead Cleaner small flat rate amounts for minor help advertising. The real money comes in when we begin to secure work and clients. The Lead Cleaner will then begin to take on these cleaning clients in their area. Pay starts at $15 an hour. Pay will be daily until we reach a total of 3 clients. At that point, the pay will be weekly and I will give you a $1 raise, bringing the hourly pay up to $16 per hour. I provide all cleaning supplies needed and I will train you remotely via video call and/or Zoom. Please contact me for more details. Serious inquiries only. I would need the Lead Cleaner to be ready to start cleaning for these clients once we find them. If we continue to grow, there will be other cleaners hired and the Lead Cleaner will assume a Cleaning/Management role. The Lead Cleaner will then receive another $1 raise.
