JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities: Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and carry out required work on overhead doors Regularly coordinate with the service scheduler on problem-solving and required parts Provide estimates for how many person-hours are required for a service call, and the cost to fix versus replace doors Contributing to business development of the branch by actively seeking new customers and building relationships with current customers Other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Experience in a Service/Installation Industry Experience in related trades or construction Possess a valid driver’s license Experience servicing/installing overhead doors is strongly preferred Wearing a hard hat and other PPE is mandatory for this safety-sensitive role Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
