Hi! Our local company here in Fairlawn, OH is looking to fill positions for
Team Builders & Recruiting Assistants.

Position includes:
-working in our recruiting department
-helping with the recruiting process and team development
-making outbound phone calls
-scheduling appointments
-managing a data base
-organizing reports for management
Applicants Must:
-have an extremely positive attitude
-strong work ethic and be self motivated
-have a positive/confident phone demeanor
-be punctual
-task oriented and disciplined
THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION
-however being confident making cold calls and communication on the phone is a must
Positions are part-time to start
-some weekend hours required
-starting pay = $12/hour + bonuses
-those hired will also receive paid training.
