We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Special Auto Auction Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their automotive needs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interactions with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with inquiries related to auto assistance programs, including maintenance, emergency services, and vehicle purchasing.
2. Coordinate and manage emergency roadside assistance calls, ensuring timely and effective support.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with automotive service providers and dealerships to offer competitive benefits and discounts to customers.
4. Make a payment on behave of the company that is;
a. Insurance Auto Auction (IAAI)
b. Copart Auto Auction
c. Dealerships
c. Freight and Logistics Payments etc
Agents will mostly work from home and be comfortable
