National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for commercial build-outs, project rollouts, renovations and retrofits is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our growing team.
[Duties ]
Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
Track and verify that milestones are met throughout the project, such as permits, material deliveries, inspections, close out documents, etc
[Requirements ]
Be able to read blueprints to order materials based on scope of work
Prior experience working in an office support position for a construction company
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software
[Details ]
$55k - $60k depending on experience
401k, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life, PTO, referral bonuses, and early leave during Summer on Fridays
