Keys To Manage is a property management company with a strong presence in Northeast Ohio. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our rental properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks (electric experience is a plus)
Submit detailed turnover estimates with repairs, labor, materials, and time
Provide excellent customer service to address tenant maintenance requests
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work independently
EXPERIENCE
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
3 years experience in a previous maintenance tech/handyman position
Desired skills include: painting, plumbing, light electrical, furnace repair and installation
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Ideally has experience succeeding in a role with minimal supervision
REQUIREMENTS
Must have own reliable work vehicle to perform day to day tasks and haul materials - this will be a truck or van
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
