The Depot is a luxury, 192-unit student housing community in the heart of Akron. Our property boasts many great perks and amenities, to include on-site and covered parking, fun resident events, student housing fair exposure, discounted or free tickets to college football and baseball games, a saltwater pool and fitness center, outdoor bar with heating seating and a fire pit! Plus, the property is a 5 minute drive to Akron University and the downtown area!
The expected work schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm, rotating Saturdays (once a month) 10:00 am-3:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
-Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
-Lease vacant apartments to new residents
-Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
-Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
-Assist property team with marketing efforts
-Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
-Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
-Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Valid Driver's License
