Compensation: Discounted rent for a 1-bedroom mobile home (rents for $650) and 7% of total rent collection
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and depositing rents
- Turnover/cleaning of vacant units
- Posting ads online
- Preparing leases and related paperwork
- Maintaining common areas and exterior grounds
- Finding and coordinating with contractors, plumbers, electricians, utility companies, etc. as needed to fix bigger issues.
- Addressing emergency maintenance issues
- Communicating effectively with tenants
- Utilizing handyman experience for light repairs and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Good credit and rental history
- Must pass a background check
- Strong references
- Some resident property management experience preferred but not required
- Handyman experience preferred
- No pets
Additional Details:
- Manager will live onsite
- Compensation includes discounted rent for a 1-bedroom mobile home that rents for $650
- Part-time position suitable for those with a full-time job
- Manager will work directly with the owner of the mobile home park
